What if I order the wrong kit and it doesn't fit?
If you selected your vehicle with our selector and the kit doesn't fit, you're covered by our Fitment Guarantee: full refund and we cover return shipping. Unsure about your config? Send us a photo of your factory screen first and we'll confirm.
Does the whole car become English?
Honest answer: CarPlay / Android Auto — navigation, music, calls, menus — is fully English. Some factory dashboard warnings and physical button labels stay Japanese. Every vehicle page has a "what changes / what stays" table so you know exactly what to expect.
Can I get rid of the Japanese sat-nav?
On some vehicles the factory Japanese sat-nav stays in place, but you simply won't need it — CarPlay gives you full English navigation (Google / Apple Maps) on the same screen.
Is the install hard? Can I do it myself?
Each vehicle gets a step-by-step install video, and kits use vehicle-specific plug-in harnesses — no cutting factory wiring. Confident DIYers can do it; otherwise any local installer can follow the video, and we're available for remote help.
Will I need extra adapters or harnesses?
Every vehicle page lists exactly what's included and what (if anything) you might need for your config. No vague "adapter may be required" — one order, everything in the box.
